Recently, the new type pure electric-powered loader developed by China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. under CRHIC is successfully applied in steelworks to facilitate green, low-carbon and sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises. ZT968-EV loader, with the rated loading capacity of 6 tons, can be operated in an intelligent, efficient, green and safe way under the temperature between -40℃ and 50℃. The machine can be widely applied in steelworks, power plants, coking plants, coal chemical plants, mines and other sectors.

The new type loader is purely power-driven, and no diesel fuel is needed. Both the loader operation and hydraulic pressure motor control are driven by electricity, so the power efficiency of energy is increased by over 10% while the energy consumption is only 1/3 of that of diesel-driven loader. Each 6t electric loader, if operated for 5,000 hours a year, will save a cost of RMB 300,000 every year and lower CO2 emissions by over 150 tons. The new loader is scientific and rational in design, comfortable to operate, with constant temperature and negative pressure, air-tight, and of low noise (less than 70dB). It supports quick charging of batteries to satisfy efficient construction demand. Besides, it is also equipped with “intelligent cloud box” through which project personnel in office can monitor in real time various dynamic data of the loader and timely determine through consultation problems found to achieve intelligent and efficient project management.
