On January 8, 2018, the annual National Science and Technology Awards was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. On the meeting, CRHIC won two of the "Three National Awards": "Key Technologies of High-Speed Railway Seamless Line in Complex Environment and Their Applications" developed with the participation of China Railway Baoji Bridge Group won the first prize of National Science Progress Award, and "Key Technologies for Ultra-Fine Bainite Steel Manufacturing and Their Applications" developed with the participation of China Railway Shanhaiguan Bridge Group won the second prize of State Technological Invention Award.

By far, we have won 14 National Science & Technology Progress Awards and Invention Awards, among which 2 are the special prizes and 8 the first prizes.

The resonance crusher invented by China Railway Science & Industry Group is a key equipment for renovate the old cement road surface ("white surface turning black"). The high-end equipment successfully broke the technical monopoly of foreign countries, turning China into the second country to control the technology. The equipment has advantages like leaving no dead zones, free of slags, independent of slag dump yard, organizing no trucks for transit, etc. during road renovation, so that unwanted items from an old cement road surface can be recycled and the impact brought by slags on the environment can be eliminated, truly fulfilling the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.

Shortlisting of the two patents in the Excellent Award is a CRHIC's miniature in sticking to innovation and development, and increasing productivity by using high and new technologies. In the future, we will continue to put more efforts in R&D, manufacture high-end equipment, and build the world-famous brand of CRHIC.
