1. Winner of China Top 100 Enterprises Award
Sponsored by the Organizing Committee of China Business Top 100 and Warton Economic Institute (WEI), the 19th China Business Top 100 & the 5th China Top 100 Cities Development was held in Shanghai from December 6 to 7. At the meeting, WEI (formerly known as Shanghai Institute of Economic Development) released the Top 100 Listed Companies in China, and CRHIC won the China Top 100 Enterprises Award. Starting from 2001, the Top 100 Listed Companies in China has been released by WEI for 19 consecutive years, which ranks companies mainly based on the total profit. Such list demonstrates both the size of listed companies and their profitability, encouraging companies to get stronger, better and bigger.
2. Winner of “Golden Quality” Corporate Governance Award
On December 13, sponsored by Shanghai Securities News, the Forum 2019 on High-quality Development of Listed Companies & Golden Quality Award Presentation Ceremony was held in Shanghai. The Golden Quality Award jury granted CRHIC the Golden Quality Corporate Governance Award for the reason that, CRHIC has been highly regarded by investors, regulators and the society, the “leading wild goose” in practicing high-quality development concept and an outstanding model of steady development in the capital market for its adherence to the modern corporate governance idea, continuous standard operation and constantly improving governance system.
3. Winner of Outstanding Board Award
On December 21, sponsored by Directors & Boards magazine, the 15th Chinese Boards of the Listed Companies Golden Round Table Forum & “Golden Round Table Award” Presentation Ceremony was held in Nanjing. The seven awards of “Golden Round Table Award” is based on big data of board governance indicator systems, objective and fair criteria, practice of Chinese listed companies and opinions from China Association for Public Companies. CRHIC has won the Outstanding Board award.
The “Golden Round Table Award” is praised as the Oscar award in Chinese financial sector and recognized as the first award in the field of Chinese listed companies’ boards, for it keeps abreast of the development trend of China’s listed companies and timely shows the new trend of corporate governance.
