The Peljesac Bridge Project in Croatia has a total length of 3.94km, of which the bridge is 2,440m. The main bridge is a six-tower central single cable plane steel box girder extradosed bridge. China Railway Baoji Bridge Group Co., Ltd. has undertaken 81 girder segments and 18,000 tons of steel structure. At present, the project has entered the final stage.
The 250-ton level deck derrick crane developed by China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. under CRHIC completed the erection of the third steel girder on the Baihe Yujiang Bridge in Guangxi. Two deck derrick cranes constructed in opposite directions on site, accelerating the construction of the world's largest-span ballastless track steel-concrete cable-stayed bridge. Now the 450t, 230t deck derrick cranes, 100t arch climbing crane, 80t all-rotation deck derrick crane and other products developed by China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. have been successfully applied in the Fifth Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge and other key projects in China.
The construction of the first steel pipe pile of the Batang Saribas Bridge in Sarawak, Malaysia participated by China Railway Jiujiang Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. under CRHIC was completed, marking the smooth commencement of the project. China Railway Jiujiang Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. takes charge of the manufacture and installation of about 8,800 tons of steel components for the entire bridge. The project is one of the bridges of its kind in Southeast Asia that have the longest main span.
