“Ying Long”, the first kiloton multi-mode new energy bridge erecting machine in the world which is developed by China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd., successfully completed its “first show” at the JJZQ-8 bid of Jiangji Section of Zhuhai-Zhaoqing High-speed Railway on November 28.
The Zhuhai-Zhaoqing High-speed Railway is generally applied with continuous ultra-low portal piers. Due to its proximity to the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang Railway, the distance between pier lines is small, and there are height differences among different lines, making the working conditions along the entire line extremely complex. Based on its years of experiences in non-standard customized special engineering equipment research and development, the technical team of the Machinery Research and Design Institute of China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. innovatively designed a new construction method. This method achieves modular derivative design based on the traditional single main girder bridge erecting machine. Specifically, a specialized single-line central support leg is set up for specific working conditions, combined with an ultra-low position conversion, and a double-span erection scheme is employed.
The technical team independently developed an intelligent safety management system that integrates six key systems: environmental perception, gesturing measuring, pressure sensing, intelligent anti-overturning, image recognition and automatic alarm, achieving intelligent operation of the bridge erecting machine.
The technical team proposed a “range extender + power battery” power source system and its control strategy for the bridge erecting machine, and applied for the first time new energy technology, resulting in a 40% reduction in fuel consumption.
