The first round manufacturing of the main channel bridge steel tower and steel truss girder of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge passes acceptance
Recently, the first round manufacturing for the main structure main channel bridge steel tower and steel truss girder of Lot CT-A5 of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge (river-crossing section), the world's largest span cable-stayed bridge for both highway and railway, passed acceptance. With relentless technical research and development in the process of processing and manufacturing, the project team has worked out manufacturing accuracy control technology for ultra-long chord, accuracy control technology for orthotropic plate bridge deck block, and large segment manufacturing technology for steel truss girder on the same floor for highway and railway, greatly improving the processing accuracy and efficiency.
900t bridge erecting machine completes girder erection out of single-line tunnel entrance for the first time in China
Recently, during the construction of the Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan High-speed Railway in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, the JQSD900 tunnel-crossing bridge erecting machine developed by China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. under CRHIC successfully erected box girders 3 meters out of Daling single line tunnel entrance. It overcame the following difficulties: the single line tunnel is narrow, equipment space at the tunnel entrance is limited, and there is large ramp and small curve. This is the first time that the 900t bridge erecting machine successfully completed the girder erection task under such complex working conditions in China.
JQSD900 bridge erecting machine is a three-legged tunnel-crossing bridge erecting machine with single main beam. It passes through span by moving forward and driving the arms to the right place at one time via the front and rear legs, and completes girder erection by fixed-point lifting via the front and rear lifting trolleys, presenting high erecting efficiency. The machine features three advantages: it can walk through the subgrade automatically with the help of self-stabilizing structure and leg drive; it can pass through the double track tunnel smoothly and erect girder 3m out of the tunnel entrance; it attains a new level of automation with the new functions of one-key through-span and one-key girder erection, upgrading the intrinsic safety of the machine. Moreover, the machine also manages double-line box girder erection with a minimum curve radius of 600m and a longitudinal slope of 30‰, and meets the erection requirement of single-line box girder erection with simple modification.
Beijing-Xiong’an Expressway successfully completes its first steel box girder erection by incremental launching
Recently, the steel box girder of Changyang Interchange crossing Fangshan Metro Line and National Highway 107 of Beijing-Xiong’an Expressway (Beijing Section) Project, which was built with the participation of China Railway Jiujiang Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. under CRHIC, was erected by incremental launching. The expressway is about 105 kilometers long, of which the Beijing section is about 27 kilometers. In the early stage, the steel box girder was pushed to the edge of Fangshan Line in the daytime by incremental launching, while the remaining incremental launching and girder falling construction happened at night after subway outage. The incremental launching method features simple equipment, stable construction and low noise without traffic interruption, thus it can minimize the impact on the traffic operation safety of subway and national highway.
