It is revealed that, after the base is put into operation, more than 5000 high manganese steel frogs will be sold from Baoji to North America, Asia, European Union, Africa and other regions every year, becoming a new highlight of the company to expand its overseas business.

Frog is a kind of equipment making the wheels of a railway vehicle cross another rail. It is an important part of railway line.

High manganese steel frog is an integral frog cast by high manganese steel, with high strength and good impact toughness. It is now widely used in railway lines.

CRBBG Hi-Tech Industrial Park (Heavy-Load High Manganese Steel Frog Base) covers an area of nearly 500 mu. It was officially constructed from September 30, 2016 in two phases, with a designed annual output of 15,000 high manganese steel frogs. Adopting the comprehensive management information system to achieve intelligent, digital and systematic production, automatic production scheduling, efficient information feedback, dynamic production management and paperless production site, it is said to be a casting and fine processing base for railway high manganese steel frogs with the largest scale, the most advanced technology and the best equipped products in China.
