At 18:00 on July 17, 'Zhejiaogongtong 1', China's large offshore concrete mixing ship invested by Zhejiang Communications Construction Group and manufactured by China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. under CRHIC, successfully launched out in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. It will be used for the pouring of the piers and beams of Dongwuyang Bridge and Xiashan Bridge in the Fujian section of Ningde-Shangrao Expressway.
The double-line 180 type mixing ship 'Zhejiaogongtong 1' is a large offshore mobile concrete production plant that integrates material storage, metering, mixing and pumping. It has a length of 80 meters, width of 30 meters, depth of 5.8 meters, the maximum operation radius of 46 meters, a displacement of 8,372 tons under full load operation, and the maximum load of 5,196 tons. It has obtained authoritative certification from the Classification Society and mainly produces concrete for sea- and river-cross bridges, coastal and riverside ports, wharfs and other water projects.
With working cabin and living cabin, the mixing ship can support materials needed by concrete production and workers' life for 45 days in a row through one supply. The maximum concrete production amount is up to 1,800m3, which can meet the needs of long-term offshore construction.
The mixing equipment adopts a pressure balance anti-falling structure to meet the measurement accuracy required as the ship swings. The ship can withstand force 8 wind, and safely anchor at site in the face of force 10 wind. Also it is equipped with sewage treatment device and independent waste residue cabin in response to the environmental requirements of offshore construction.
