Bridge Intelligent Manufacturing
"Five production lines plus one management system"

Leveraging national key projects such as the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link and the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge, CRHIC has actively embraced the concept of intelligent manufacturing for steel box girders and explored the application of new technologies. We have built China's first intelligent production line for large steel structures. By integrating intelligent equipment and information systems, we have established a "five production lines plus one management system" framework, consisting of intelligent cutting and blanking lines for steel plates, intelligent welding lines for plate units, intelligent manufacturing lines for steel truss members, intelligent assembly lines for bridge segments, intelligent coating lines for steel box girders, and an intelligent workshop manufacturing execution and management system. This framework enables industrialized and information-based production of steel box girders.
